Final Reflection

Finally, after we have completely finished our project, we compile all the data and complete our CSI report! This is the end line of our CSI project in this semester! The whole project has given me a whole new experience in doing community service. To do a community service by online might seems easy and easily underestimated by people that this kind of project won’t be that impactful. However, I’ve realized that there’s no reason that can prevent us from helping people and spread positivity. I’m grateful that even though our batch couldn’t do community service as the previous batch did, we have an opportunity to challenge our self to do different thing and I’m glad that we all have achieved a great result. I would say that I’ve learned a lot from doing this community service project especially in bringing positivity to people around me, try to understand others, bring kindness and to help people in need. Second Stage - Online Community Service

So, for our online community service, our group held a 14 days mental health challenge through social media platform which is Instagram as it is the most used social media currently. We created an Instagram page to post some of the information regarding mental health to raise up the awareness and to conduct our main project which is 14 days mental health challenge. After 3 weeks of preparing our execution on Instagram, from compiling files, research to learn more depth about mental health, prepare Instagram account and designing the page, finally we’re ready to conduct our online mental health community service through Instagram! I think our group did quite well on this since we divide tasks clearly and everyone do their job nicely! First Stage - Idea Proposal

In the first week of module learning, the lecturer of this module, Dr. Wendy gave us introduction of this module briefed us on the requirements as stated in MIB and explain briefly about the assignments especially the group project. As the covid-19 pandemic is still going until now, the learning process of this module would be conducted online for the half of the semester. Due to this problem, sadly we couldn’t conduct face to face community service in order to prevent the spread of the virus. Honestly, I really wanted to do face to face community service because we could embrace our sympathy more when we do it by real interaction and also I felt like doing this project online is quite hard to do.
